The 75H ZENETIXX FOUNDATION TRAINING is a Yoga Alliance Certified program designed to build a strong foundation in modern yoga teaching and mindful movement. The training focuses on intelligent sequencing and class structure, breathwork for performance and focus, as well as anatomy and injury awareness to support safe and sustainable practice. Participants also develop practical coaching skills and hands-on adjustments, enabling them to guide others with confidence, precision, and authenticity.
